Have done much better food wise the past week but in all honesty...it was pain related progress! When In extreme pain, can't walk or stand more than a minute...I confess to skipping dinner 4 nights and am quite OK with that. I only had one episode of low sugar/feeling sick and a bottle of orange juice took care of that. I had gained back up to 233 so am very glad to get a U-turn started.
