well I am down almost two pounds.. I've been counting calories and trying to stay within the 1200-1300 range.. got a little exercise here and there. i did zumba for wii the other night and today was the 3rd day of my pushup challenge (100 a day all March) plus I will do square/crunches/lunges each day as well, and tonight I did a stationary bike so yay! however, I'm gonna be looking into the Glycemic Index diet because the little I've heard on it makes sense so I'll read into and see what it's all about.. and advice regarding it would be appreciated.. BUT! tomorrow is my naughty meal, I'll be having lettuce wraps and sushi and will do my best to log them but idk :)
