Great job... I've been fighting losing weight for over 2 years. I started at360 at age 56 now only down to 342. Tried clean eating, tried 1100 to 1500 cal. Per day. Doctors are puzzled. Couple weeks ago I started drinking vinegar in my water and lost 10 in two weeks. But seem to have slowed down. What your secret.

@arby69 there is no secret. I stayed active and ate clean. Tried to track everything I ate and tracked my activity and made sure to consume less then I burned , Stayed away from all fad diets (keto, fasting ect) that just make things harder on yourself then being in a deficit already is. And I'm sure genetics played a huge role in it all too.
