Had my boys this weekend and that means spoiling......

don't be too hard on yourself or else you'll start hating weighing yourself. it's just a number on the scale and doesn't define you. you know what you could have done differently and if it happens that youve picked up a few its ok, thats part of life. just get back up and try do it bit better next time and work a bit harder this week. try to rather use setbacks as motivation and do not allow it to make you feel worse because we all know feeling shitty about things just makes me stuff my face or at least thats how it is for me!

Every weekend is a challenge for me, I have yet to be 100% good not even for one weekend! I've kind of learned to accept that about myself so I am like a Nazi during the week to make up for it. we need to be happy and let loose now and then otherwise we will get miserable and demotivated!

Aaaah you guys are just too too sweet! Thanks for the support. I sure as hell aint gonna be too hard on myself. I know if I pick up a few KG's that i"ll lose them sooner than later. And thankfully wasn;t as bad as I imagined, so back to gym 4 times a week and all that and I should be back to losing like I was in April in no time!
