worked a split shift today but that didnt deter me. In my break i managed my required 30 minutes cardio for the lean machine challenge and after work at 10pm i did 20 minutes pilates.
I couldnt be bothered having a proper meal today so just grazed on the tastey but very undiet like foods at work. Supprisingly my cals n carbs remained quite low. The only thing i would change is not to eat my last little bit of pie at 2 in the morning.
