OK,
Looks like yesterday's pizza cost me 4 ounces on the scale this morning. So, it pushed me back into the 180s, but that's still not too bad, and I'm right back on my low carb track today.
As my grandpa (a true Texas cowboy) says, "If you fall off the horse, it's important you get right back up and in the saddle." I figure that's a good guideline for life.
