have broken my elbow and lots of bruising elsewhere! surgery today, have stuck to plan hoping gain is due to all the swelling!!!

134.8 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg. Still to go: 33.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
