3 year update, before on the left, after in top right, current bottom right. Why the fluctuations? Staying in a defecit for too long eats up that good muscle and supresses the muscle building hormones, got to re-gain what was lost and cut down from there

@Ree eitherway, you look amazing👏💪. Out bodies need fuel to function. Being in a too extreme deficit isn't healthy, nor sustainable. It's better heading in the right direction at a slower pace. But well done on all your amazing progress😉.

@Carnage02 thanks, never really did any cardio apart from walking daily, focused on maintaining the defecit and lifting 6 times a week
