I keep on putting on weight but my centimetres are decreasing. My waist is smaller than ever. Perhaps water retention or inflammation from the past two days weight sessions? I

Probably muscle gain. Muscle weight is much more than fat

Thanks @Wanderlustee and @Qwagga! Weighed myself this morning and I’m down about 100g so maybe a combo of h20 retention and muscle gain. I have been lifting heavy (for me!) so any progress in the muscle department is welcome! I don’t mind the number on the scale too much anymore, just curious about these fluctuations and what it means for becoming stronger, fitter and healthier 😅 as @syattfitness says on instagram: it’s just data!
