Post-run nutrition 💪🏼 chocolate protein oats with Lindt dark chocolate 🤤 dark chocolate is apparently a good source of magnesium and magnesium is good for muscle recovery so who am I to deny science by not eating chocolate for breakfast 😝

😄hooray for science, btw I don’t suffer from insomnia. I just suffer from overeating 😐 especially when stressed😑
