Left My Fat Secret for a couple of weeks but found that it is so helpful to count calories because it helps me keep track much better. Have lost a little bit more weight but feel that I am again on a plateau and again getting frustrated. Dealing with a lot of stress because my sister has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and my best friend just underwent major surgery on both breasts. Supporting both these women has taken a lot of time and energy (but doing it gladly) but has added a lot of stress to my life.
