OMG!!!!
Weighed in today after this long weekend and WOW - I can't believe I gained 5 pounds in 2 days (weighed myself Saturday morning and was at 192)-
This really sucks - I guess that's what I get for drinking so much alcohol!
Oh well, I haven't given up and am back in my routine of protein shakes and eating healthy:-)
I know this is going to take a while to get this weight off - I was 142 in June 2011 and have slowly gained up to where I am today - and with me being older I know I need to have patience.
