wah gila, ini nih efek buruk nyata diet ekstrem makan di bawah BMR. please sayangi badan, pengen kurus boleh tp harus melalui jalan yg lurus, ga boleh yg instan2. apapun alasannya, kebutuhan kalori harian kamu harus terpenuhi. defkal yes dong for sure, ekstrem jgn.
