I am all over the place, aren't I?
The husband and I tried calorie counting, but found that the work of trying to figure out what we want to eat and including nutritious foods by choice was just not working for us. The idea of being able to eat anything you want (according to your calorie budget) is amazing... But you still need a degree of discipline, especially when choosing foods. We chose the most easy and convenient foods time after time and barely touched anything with nutritional value (other than eggs and meat).
So, long story short, we agreed that perhaps the strict confines of keto are where we thrive. Today is day 1...
