I am all over the place, aren't I?

The husband and I tried calorie counting, but found that the work of trying to figure out what we want to eat and including nutritious foods by choice was just not working for us. The idea of being able to eat anything you want (according to your calorie budget) is amazing... But you still need a degree of discipline, especially when choosing foods. We chose the most easy and convenient foods time after time and barely touched anything with nutritional value (other than eggs and meat).

So, long story short, we agreed that perhaps the strict confines of keto are where we thrive. Today is day 1...

Holding thumbs that this works for you two! It can be really difficult to find a long term way of eating that works for both people.

Remember keto also only works in the long term if you stay within a calorie deficit. Your macros are most important - BUT to actually lose weight after the initial water weight whoosh you need to remain in a deficit too

i say this to everyone.(sorry everyone) watch loosing weight without loosing your mind on youtube by knifes over forks. they are vegan but they day good things regardless if your vegan or not.
