Day 1 of officially breaking my plateau of 213, I’m under my calorie goal and I’m going to be attempting a 20 hour TRUE water fast from 7pm until 3pm tomorrow.
I’m a recovery person and I’m not trying to get triggered to binge eat so I’m always allowing myself to end my fast early. Let’s go!
