My workout was so good today after the extra calories yesterday. The pancake pump was so good. I wish I could just bulk year round lol

Well, I finished the cake yesterday - 7 days total. I also ate 3900 calories and didn't gain any weight. Be jealous, but just know that discipline works! But I can gain when I want 😜
