Thnking of taking up yoga to try and deal with the stress. Have thought of fasting every day until noon but I know myself.....after breaking the fast I would be making up' for the food I didn't have in the morning! I already fast every Wed until noon and that's no problem but doing it every day would be probably more than I can handle at the moment.
