I just returned from a conference. Conferences are tough because I typically don't get enough exercise, and there are too many tempting foods and beverages. I did pretty well this time. I never made it to the fitness center, but Sunday I took a couple long hikes. I was pretty good about the food I ate and I limited the alcohol. So, after all of this I'm down a pound. I'm happy!
