1kg cuma buat pemanasan.
butuh yg 2kg, 3kg, 4kg dan 5 kg kalo bener utk nambah otot.
dan hrs makan protein 1.5gr/kgBB.
lagian kalo cewek susah nambah massa otot.
dgn weight lifting dan makan protein lebih utk menjaga agar tidak hilang massa otot mu saat defisit kalori
