Baru beli dumbel yg 1kg, rekomendasiin video workout yang pakek dumbel dongg. Lagi mau naikin massa otot ngurangin gelambir kalo bisa full body. thank u.

@diana iya niatnya beli yg 2/3kg ehh ternyata lg habis yaudah yg 1 kg aja dulu

1kg cuma buat pemanasan. butuh yg 2kg, 3kg, 4kg dan 5 kg kalo bener utk nambah otot. dan hrs makan protein 1.5gr/kgBB. lagian kalo cewek susah nambah massa otot. dgn weight lifting dan makan protein lebih utk menjaga agar tidak hilang massa otot mu saat defisit kalori
