I am a bit bummed out because I rolled my foot yesterday. I was chasing after my little ones and stepped right on a ball (little bit bigger than a golf ball) and my foot just rolled on it's side. It has slowed down my C25K a bit, but I plan to run tomorrow to see how it feels. Yesterday and today I just did a "walk away the lbs" video. It is pretty sore today, but mostly just feel bruised....I don't think there is any real damage.....just bums me out.
I feel pretty good about the 1 lb. loss....I am going to 3 next week.
