Paula, it’s curried rice with smoked haddock, often served with an egg. Acceptable for any meal of the day 🙂

This one was made by my husband as I had just got my second COVID jab, so I could relax. It was a lovely thought, and he's a great cook. Kitchen was a complete bomb site though :))))
