Okay, I am obviously eating too much to lose weight. I've been stuck at 152 for 7 days now and Weigh In Now! is reminding me I am a slacker. I've been eating about 1600-1800 calories per day and I guess that is too much. I've planned out 1200 calories for the day and will hope to do that until the scale budges. I know it's just a number, but I don't feel like my clothes are fitting much better even though I have started working out again. I am not going to get too upset or impatient though, but I won't reach my February 28 goal if I don't do something differently.
