The inlaws wont be here this weekend (yipee!) thanks to my FIL's job. He works for Lockheed Martin and apparently last minute trips across the country are normal, he'll be headed to SoCal instead of Houston. Hubbs is pretty upset, me not so much. :)
Anyways.. I've been trying to cut back on my snacking since thats where an insane amount of my calories come from (tho i never log them becuase i never even think about them) and adjusting to not having food in my body every hour is kind of tough. Okay its really tough. But i'm hanging in there. I just need to get myself out of the habit of shoveling food in my mouth every time i get the chance. So for now i'm down to just my pre-gym snack.
As for my gym trip tonight, i'm planning some core excercises and a nice run. I'm going out for sushi today, never had it before so we'll see how that goes...
Tomorrow is Friday! :)

Yippee! Now you won't have to worry about the added distraction. I've never had sushi either, but then again, I'm not much of a fish eater. Although, I've heard they make some sushi without fish? I'm not sure though. lol
