i joey what that feels like! it's been a big relief when i finally hit 75 after being stuck at 77 for a full year. it took me long to figure out what my body needs. hang in there! jordan peterson once said it doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you are going in the right direction. Try the oat and egg fast or even try increasing your exercise for two weeks and you’ll hopefully break through that plateau!

you might find your calories need adjusting if you've lost a considerable amount of weight you can use a TDEE calculator to determine your calories; remember its just a guide take it with a grain of salt

Add more fibre and green veggies and protein that are not red meat
