Plyometrics kicked my rear this morning. Probably has something to do with the fact I'm "bringing it" way more this week (more likely pushing myself like I SHOULD have been the previous two weeks).
I still did all of the exercises, but some were pretty weak on their second time around. By the end of the whole ordeal is was done, all I wanted to do was lay on the ground for a while.
After my carb explosion over the weekend and it's subsequent spillover into Monday, I'm back to high-protein, low fat, low(er) carb for the phase 1 diet.
