Day 2! So excited. Seriously I know it has only been 2 days, 48 hours, but for me it's a huge deal. Usually someone (im not saying any names) talks me out of what i am doing by hour 8 of any diet i have tried. I haven't had as much water as i should but the day is young i can drink more later. I am so excited to be a part of this site and this weight loss journey.
One thing i need to work on is calling this a "diet". Diets END I do not want to lose healthy eating habits. So i need to work on calling what I am doing my journey to healthy eating. Or something like that.
