Alright....so....I was a bit disappointed by Monday's weigh in. NO CHANGE! I'm not going to get hung up about it because I know I am doing things right. Also, I didn't keep track of my points like I should have over the weekend (although I know I did reasonably well). I just finished Week 2, workout #1 for the C25K challenge and I feel pretty good about that. Boy...it is amazing how slow 90 seconds goes by when you are jogging:-)

Next week I will lose 3 lbs!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
