kakak kakak sekalian,,,mau nanya dong aku tbee 2202 BMR 1602 nah kan aku mau kaldef sekitar 1700-1900kkal tapi kok setiap sehari makan cuma 1100 ajaaa,,,apa itu hitungan kotornya aja? makasih btw hari ini hari kedua kaldef
