Kia Ora Koutou. Well, I am now under my initial target weight of 90kg, and the weight continues to go down towards my revised target of 85kg (it's reducing a bit quicker than it should - I need to watch that). Anyway, my RDI was set back in January, and my weight and activity levels have now significantly changed. I have just done the RDI calculation, and it now days I need to do 2800 kcal a day..... Umm. Headspace change. The biggest challenge in all of this is the mental one. I now need to set a new goal at the current level of activity, and turn my mind toward that. For those that have achieved their initial goals, how did you go about transition from weight loss, to maintaining the new normal? Kia ora, me nga mihi nui
