Well, I wasn't horrible yesterday...but I wasn't good. I was worried about lunch at the Mexican place with the irresistible chips and salsa. I guess they weren't that irresistible since I didn't have any! I did have some salsa on my food- which I figure it's made fresh but I'm sure there was salt in it, now that I'm thinking about it. I goofed on lunch though- instead of having grilled chicken or steak lettuce wraps, I ordered the red chile carnitas- which is pork that has been braised in a red chile sauce. It was SO good but pork is not on the FFP and neither is the red chile sauce. I did eat it as lettuce wraps instead of tacos though- that's good, right?? And I drank tons of water- I think 3 glasses during lunch. Another bad thing, I didn't drink all of my required cran-water! That probably would have helped a lot with flushing out the salt. DOH!

Well, I know better now. I'm off to do the 30 Day Shred dvd...
