I am absolutely wasted today. So beat.
Slept like crap last night, pushed myself through Legs & Back on P90X. Ab Ripper X was absolutely brutal this morning, but I kept with it. Once again successful on all 40 Mason Twists. Hopefully I can do the 10 bonus reps in 2-3 weeks.
Other than that, just looking forward to the weekend and a chance to sleep in. I've got to get my sleep schedule all straightened out, my body is wigging out on me.
