I need motivation today to go for a run at lunch. My coworker can't go because of appointments and I need a kick in the butt to get out there. The weather is cloudy, windy and about 34F. Help!

Well, I did go for a run, 2.19 miles. It wasn't my best time but I did it!! Thanks Josie Ann and Yolanda for the push!

You actually helped me drag myself out, so thank you! I found my legs after 10 mins. of running, so I went the extra mile today and did 3.5 miles.
