remember water retention is a real thing.the gain doesn't necessarily mean real weight gain. make a note for future, but don't get too downhearted... perhaps your body just doesn't respond well to the sodium in the soy sauce, or the rice... by making note, you can make choices in the future that best suit your body whilst still enjoying the event... maybe sashimi with the low sodium soy is the alternative rather than no sushi at all 🍤🍣🍱
