How do I load a new food that is not on the options? I would like to add woolworths blackbean and chickpea salad...

Scan the barcode, you have the option on each list, ( breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) you see a small camera. Click on it. Select the barcode icon. Then scan. A list of what it could be pops up. And on the bottom you can add it in. Log in all the macros, name of product, etc and save.

Even without the barcode, right on the bottom, when you have written the name of the product, it will say, can’t find what you are looking for? Select that and add everything in and save.

go to: diary > search > type in the thing you're looking for > and then scroll to the bottom (it's not a long scroll) there you'll find an "add food" button. this allows you to add all the elements that are listed in the nutritional info on the back of packaging.

hi I had that yesterday and you can search it and I found it. search under food

Girl try searching for Generic African food like samp and beans or pap. It's a nightmare 🤧🤣 This is what I do , I google nutritional information of the foods I can't find on fat secret. Then I use that information and select the " add new item " . Its a bit of admin but worth it
