下午亂走亂吃 芝麻球比較好吃 蒽油餅還好 今天總手比較多 摃鈴深蹲跟教練說腰不好 40公斤10下五組 還有滾輪拉力繩練三頭 六角摃 還有平躺雙腳併在一起往上90度20下 5組 又會用到腰偷偷減一組 一樣賽百味無糖豆漿💪💪💪

吊吊單槓試試,前年還有外出上運動課程時同學的媽媽(因為腰痛好一陣子沒一起來上課)說,復健好一段時間但沒有效用後來跑去吊單槓才較好,我正好那時腰也不大舒服正好家附近有,外出有經過才順便吊一下幾次後感覺不錯,僅供參考😅😅😅
