WARNING - Frustrated Journal Entry :(

Don't think I'm going to make 195 lbs tomorrow...I weighed myself this morning and I was still 196 lbs...bleah. By my calculations I should still be negative a total of 7000 cals this week...which should equal to a loss of 2 lbs...however it doesn't seem like it is working that way GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. It is simple math, why isn't my body following through!!!! I have accepted that my weight will come off slower than when I initially started, but this is ridiculous...I'm busting my butt and watching my food intake and the scale is frozen!!

Walked/Jogged five miles today....such a beautiful day...think I will do the same thing tomorrow...perhaps it will knock off some of this unnecessary fat.
