Great day for a run! It was a bit chilly on the start but good. Very sunny! We were about 1 kilometre away from our finish line when someone asked us if we would mind helping to push a Jeep to jump start it! So we joined in the pushing, the Jeep started and we went back to running!! My friend as like 'how do we factor that into the exercise'!

Anyway, no plans for weekend as hubby is working weekend night shift. So just me and the little guy hanging out. We'll go to my parents tomorrow and help with the farm work as usual. I gotta tame the eating though. I'm active, went running 4 days this week. So it's my eating that needs cleaning up. I think my portion eye balling is out of wack.

Have a good weekend all!

Great job, getting 4 runs in this week! If you know it's the food part that is hampering your weight-loss, then you know it's a pretty easy correction. You have the discipline to run, so I'm pretty sure you have what it takes to discipline your eating too. Enjoy your weekend!
