Hot & Spicy Stir Fry mixed veg - 300g
Teriyaki and Ginger Stir Fry sauce - 175g x2 (350g)
Rice Noodles- 300g
Chilli sauce - 10g
Honey - 30g
Soy Sauce - 10g
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
250-500g / 305-620 cal meals.
+ Optional meat element - Chicken or Turkey -
60-300g / 40-200 cal.
2-4 Servings depending on the meal & daily calorie intake, 2x lunches or 4x dinners!
You can use any stir fry sauces/veg to change it up, just amend the differences in nutritional values.
