I finally made it to the gym and stayed long enough to finish my run! And after being a lazy ass for 3 days, that run kicked my ass!! It felt amazing tho, and this morning my weight was an all new low number and i am so excited! I dont want to say what it was, i dont want to jinx it, LOL.
I'm back to the gym tonight for another run and maybe some upper body strength training. We shall see. Right now i am much more interested in running than weight training, so i'm just gonna go with it. I'm sure i'll get bored with it eventually and get back into weight training.
Tomorrow is Friday!!! :)
