I do 5-7 minutes workouts. I literally YouTube ‘6 minute abs’ etc that helps me because I also work three part time jobs and have four children who I homeschool 🤪 then meal prep also planning for me at the beginnings of each month or week eg I make seed crackers and have them all week with avo or I buy tuna and grab a can for each day. Etc. Let me know if you want more food ideas!

I feel you. I did not put myself first for many, many years. Put yourself first. Let the kids exercise with you, try and make it fun. Do situps, push-ups, squats, lunges in the morning before work in your PJ'S if you have to. And go walk with the kids after work. My husband also works away most weeks, and I feel like a single mom most times. Try and prep lunches for the week over weekends, where you can just grab ziploc bags from the freezer. I take my oatbran to work and a tub of fat free yoghurt for breakfast, so the rush in the morning is less and I know I can make a quick breakfast when I get to the office. Good luck!
