aggie95's Journal, 11 Mar 14

WOW I was a starvin marvin last night. It took forever to feel full after supper and I kept wanting to eat more. I did go over my RDI but that seems the normal these days. I need to get the eating under control more, even if I could cut out 100 calories per day that would help!

My birthday is on Sunday. But the celebrations have started as of today! A coworker has brought cake in today and we have plans to go out for lunch on Thursday. Then my friend and I are going on Saturday to have a fun day and then b-day celebrations on Sunday with my family. Plus I may be going out for dinner with the DH's family too! The plan is to enjoy it all in moderation and to keep running!!

Had a great run yesterday and there a plans for the same today at lunchtime. The weather is good today but the forecast for tomorrow is a snowstorm with accumulation in the 6" to 8" amounts. BOO!

You must not be too far from me, BOO indeed! Just keep running and all will be well. Enjoy your birthday celebrations!! Also maybe your RDI is a tad low with all the added activity, if you are starving you should eat :-)

My hubby's birthday was last week and it always seems like the celebrations go on and on, but moderation is key. Have fun celebrating!! Boo to the snow, but spring is around the corner, so hopefully it will melt quickly. :)

Happy early birthday and I am so thankful I don't like cake. :) the hubby and I usually got eat Mexican or BBQ on our birthday celebration date. Our birthdays are only 4 days apart so once a year is enough. He isn't a fan of cake either. Lol
