Well, I've had the flu for the last 3 weeks. That helped me drop 6 pounds! Happy about that, but still feeling run down. I want to exercise, but have to keep it short for now until I am feeling 100 percent. I bought a new DVD-buns of steel/abs of steel. I feel if I change my routine, it will motivate me & have some results a little quicker. I do have the motivation to do this, but want to be realistic & lose the weight gradually for a healthy life long result. I can do this, I just have to get moving more. Time for a change!!
