So yesterday I had toast with cheese and peanut butter .
Little bit of kerela, dhall, nuts chutney and 2 boiled eggs
Then collagen shake with coconut milk .
63 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
