Terakhir nimbang di tgl 28 feb. Dan aku concernnya lebih ke build muscle jd gak musingin bbku harus turun banyak dlm tempo sesingkat-singkatnya
28/02/21 - 10/03/21 from 60kgs to 59kgs.
Skg posisiku lagi dirumah ortu, udah 2 mingguan. Makannya pun 50% realfood, 50% funfood ( karena masakan emak lebih menggoda dibanding masakan realfoodku, sometimes surplus, disini sering hilang arah ke kerupuk dan tepung2n)
Tapi bb yurTAPI wo tetep jamlan 6 times in week ya. Ternyata tetep turun.
