Ini ya:
70gr oatmeal
40ml susu
1 pisang
2 putih telur
Tinggal dicampur aja semua jadi 1. Pisangnya dibenyek2 biar hancur campur semua.
Panasin wajan anti lengket api kecil. Udah tinggal dimasak adonan nya
Ini jadinya 4 potong pancake.
Kl mau 2 potong aja bs 1/2 resep ini.

Karna aku pake 2 resep sekali buat jadi
4 pancake + 1 sdt selai strawberry = 448kcal
Tapi aku sekali makan hanya makan 2 pancake aja udh kenyang bgt, 2 lagi buat snack sore 😊.
Jadi sekali makan hanga 224kcal aja say 😘✨
