I've now decided to start weighing myself on Sundays than Mondays, because I thought Sundays carbs don't count since they are the Lord's carbs😂😂 but the next day, the scale is uplifted😂
104 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
