Terakhir nimbang di tgl 26 januari 2021. So lets get it
26/01/21 - 28/02/21 : 62kgs to 60kgs.
Iam endo body type so im doing: 1. 75% makan makanan realfood (demi kewarasan jiwa dan raga) 2. Workout 6times in a week ( min 30 mixes hiit, abs, upper body) 3. Minum air putih min 3 liter (karena emang doyan bgt air putih jd sehari bisa minum 4-5 liter wkwkwk) 4. Jam tidur maks. di jam 10 malam. Tapi kumasih banyak kendornya kadang masih suka bobo jam 12 :(
