walau masih rutin olga minimal 2 kali sepekan tapi terlena lagi dengan gaya makan yang ga kekontrol. akhirnya ya gini BB melonjak 3 kg dr dalam kurun waktu 1-2bulan. Semoga bisa mulai lagi dan lebih konsisten aamiin
