200g ubi kukus (kemudian haluskan).
35g oat (haluskan)
1sdm madu/diabetamil 1sachet
Campur semua bahan kemudian cetak. Agak tipis biar matang smpe dalam. Panggang di teflon/oven sampai matang. Jgn lupa dibalik.
Klo suka bisa ditaburi diabetamil 1 sachet.
