100g dada ayam.
50g tapioka,
1 putih telur (klo mau lbh lembut pake 1 telur utuh), daun bawang segenggam, garam, merica, cabe rawit merah 2bj.
Dada ayam dihaluskan, masukkan tapioka & bahan lain. Tetakhir masukkan irisan daun bawang.
Panggang d teflon dg api kecil sampe matang. Tipis aja biar matang sampe dalam.
Lbh bagus lg dipanggang pke daun pisang jdi kyk otak2.
